Coaching
Coaching is a dedicated, ongoing space for individuals, teams/staffs, coaches, administrators and executives to focus on their individual growth. J. Lee Consulting LLC specializes in equity-based, social justice oriented, and transformational leadership. Together we work to determine immediate and long-term goals, while focusing on tangible tools to achieve success.
Consulting
In addition to Cultural Audits, J. Lee Consulting LLC works with organizations to offer insight, guidance, and recommendations regarding developing inclusive departmental cultures, addressing bias, engaging in anti-racism, and developing cultural competency. Key areas of focus include inclusion, social justice, race, privilege, difficult dialogues, and more.
Cultural/Equity Audit
Cultural and Equity Audits involve the study and examination of an organization's cultural characteristics (such as its assumptions, norms, values, relationships, leadership style, communication practices, recruitment and evaluation practices, measurements) in order to gain clear insight on organizational strengths and challenges. J. Lee Consulting LLC leads organizational team members through surveys, focus groups, 1:1 interviews, and assessment instruments to determine organizational need. We believe in the power of personal stories and work to create a safe and supportive space for team members to share authentically and listen deeply. Listening deeply and authentically showcases team dynamics, organizational cultures, and potential solutions. Based on data collected, we work with clients to develop a roadmap to sustainable change and equity informed approaches to their work.

J. Lee Consulting LLC believes in the power of dialogue as a vehicle for social justice and organizational change. Having been engaged in dialogue work for over 11 years, we work with trained dialogue facilitators to offer facilitated dialogue across identity differences. We also work with organizations to train teams and team leaders in dialogue and dialogue facilitation, equipping organizations with the ability to navigate difficult challenges overtime.
Keynotes and Speaking Engagements
Keynotes and speaking engagements are exclusively offered by Dr. Jasmine A. Lee, Founder and Principal Consultant at J. Lee Consulting LLC. She values stories and storytelling, striving to pull audience members in with authenticity, humor, expertise, and a deep ethic of care. Dr. Lee has spoken at over 30 organizations, conferences, and educational institutions.
